     Our attorneys are highly experienced in helping clients resolve their disputes through arbitration and mediation. We have tried numerous cases in arbitration hearings, and are experienced and familiar with the unique procedures, rules and statutes governing arbitration.

     We have successfully represented many clients in mediations, helping to achieve favorable settlements through experienced, skillful use of the mediation process.

     We have presented educational seminars for national seminar groups and the Builders Association of Missouri on effective arbitration and mediation techniques, and on the statutes, rules and practical aspects of arbitration and mediation.

     Steve Ruprecht and Bill DeBauche are members of the American Arbitration Association’s panel of arbitrators, and have heard and decided many cases as the arbitrator. Steve Ruprecht and Bill DeBauche have also served as mediators several times to assist other parties in settling their disputes.

     Steve Brown, John Hayob and Dan Curtis have completed the 20 hour mediation training offered by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center at the University of Missouri, Columbia, School of Law. They have served as mediators and assisted parties in resolving a variety of civil disputes.
